For many men, getting the opportunity to play fantasy sports is often hindered by the fact that their wife or girl friend are not into sports and find playing a game of fantasy sports online to be a waste of money. As with any other relationship issue there must be a compromise made or some sort of unique arrangment made that creates an incentive so that both parties get something out of it.

Other times we will take turns picking players where she gets to pick the pitcher or the quaterback, then I pick an outfielder or running back and so on and so forth.

For single guys, fantasy sports is also a great way to meet women at sports bars. If you see a single women or a whole group of them, what a great ice breaker it would be to approach them and ask them if they could help in picking your line up for the upcoming games. They may reply with " I don't know how to pick players." In which case you can just say "I don't either, thats why I need your help."

Yes, it does help to have some knowledge of individual sports such as baseball, football, basketball, hockey, golf and NASCAR but the reality of it is that YOU CAN WIN just by guessing. Crazy things happen in sports every day. That guy that hasn't gotten on base in over 20 games could very well be the guy that hits that grand slam and puts your fantasy sports line up in the winners circle. That running back who has been averaging 20 yards a game could easily have that breakout day and surpass that 100 yard day that once again puts your lineup on top. And that girlfriend or wife of yours might just jump at this opportunity to enjoy sporting events and fantasy sports with her man.

Couples fantasy sports doesn't cost a fortune either. You can fund a single account with as little as 20 dollars, which if you both sign up for an account would be a total of 40 dollars. Some people can make that last for months. These days, both Fan Duel and Draft Kings have contests for as little as 25 cents, so win or lose, you are able to make your money last while still getting that rush one gets while watching sports all the while hoping your fantasy lineup makes you some money.

So whether you are a woman looking to surprise your man with a fantasy sports account or you are a man hoping to get your woman "into the game" this is where the fun begins.
